Who is responsible for your data
Pablo de la Cruz, trading as DelaRouge Studio, is the data controller for any personal information you share when contacting this site. We operate from Madrid, Spain, and can be reached at hello@delarouge.studio.
What we collect and why
This site has no contact forms. Any personal data we hold comes from email correspondence you initiate. That typically means your name, email address, and the name of your brand or company — nothing more.
We process this information to respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to discuss or begin a working relationship. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Where a service agreement is actively being negotiated, we also rely on pre-contractual necessity under Article 6(1)(b).
How long we keep it
We retain correspondence for up to three years from the date of last contact. After that period, it is deleted.
Who sees your data
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Our hosting provider processes it incidentally as part of delivering this website; they act as a data processor under a written agreement with the necessary GDPR safeguards in place. Beyond that, we share personal data with no one, unless legally required to do so.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spain's Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD), you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have inaccuracies corrected, to request deletion, to receive a portable copy, or to object to processing in certain circumstances.
Write to hello@delarouge.studio to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within one calendar month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with Spain's data protection authority: the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Automated decisions
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling in any form.
